I was the Official Nutritionist of OCRWC 2018 and NORAM 2019 and have been named one of Canada’s Top 100 Health Leaders by OptiMYz Magazine four years in a row.

Is this a 1 on 1 personalized program?

Every athlete who signs up for the OCR Performance Nutrition Course gets the same lessons. However, each lesson teaches you how to personalize the strategies to your unique circumstances. Plus, you will have 12 weeks of coaching support through email where you can ask any questions you have, to personalize your program even more along with bi-weekly check-in calls.

How do I know it's for me?

If you are a competitive OCR athlete who wants to fuel your performance goals with flexible eating strategies, this program is right for you. We provide you with accountability, a structured step-by-step action plan to follow, and a coach to help keep you consistent and on track.

We don’t give you a crazy diet to follow; instead, we help you build habits that will get you long-lasting results past the finish line.

Do you give me a meal plan?

No, we don’t give out meal plans. Meal plans and diets aren’t really that useful or sustainable. People often feel like they’re either “on” them or “off” them. They feel like they’ve failed and are beyond hope if they’re not eating perfectly at every meal.

Our approach is completely different: We give you the tools that will serve you for the rest of your life. This means you get to choose—with the help of your coach—which foods are best for you, when to eat those foods, and how much to eat of them.

We DO give you access to meal planning software with over 7,000 recipes so you have the inspiration to create your own meal plans.


I have special dietary needs, will this work for me?

We have worked with dozens of athletes who have food allergies, sensitivities or intolerances, including athletes with celiac disease.

We have worked with dozens of athletes who are vegetarian or vegan.

If you have special dietary needs due to a medical condition (like diabetes), or you are in an active or recently diagnosed eating disorder, you should work 1-on-1 with a Registered Dietitian.

Will I have to spend lots of money on food and supplements?

When it comes to food, most clients actually end up saving money on their grocery bills. This is because they make more informed, careful decisions, eat out less, and spend fewer dollars on processed novelty foods, replacing them with whole, delicious natural foods. As for supplements, we may recommend a few general options. However, these are completely optional.  

Does my location matter?

We work with clients online, all over the world. No matter where you live, we can help. You just need internet access.

Will you give me a training program?

No. The OCR Performance Nutrition Course is a nutrition program. I can recommend coaches or training programs to you, but will not provide any kind of training in this program.  

What if I don't like it? Can I get a refund?

Refunds are not offered for the OCR Performance Nutrition Course.  We will do everything within our ability (and within reason) to ensure your satisfaction. Refunds will not be issued under any circumstance for coaching services already rendered or products already purchased.
